Take 5 Car Wash

This place is great! Our car was in dire need of a wash and had some dried-on dirt all over the sides that had been practically baked into the paint for months. When we came to Take 5 on Union, they did a fantastic job. Not only did the first wash get a significant amount off, but when our car came out and still wasn’t spotless, they insisted we come back through for another wash free of charge. (Also gave some tips for how to get the hard-to-reach spots like behind the door handles!) Thanks so much for a great experience!

I visited on 4/25 right at open. Heather and Darrel went above and beyond for our services. Heather was so friendly and knowledgeable. Way to have a good Saturday morning team take 5!

Not terrible. A bit expensive I'd say though after I paid something like $25 to $30 for even the cheapest option. Worst part is the front and the back of my car were still dirty afterwards, it was quite filthy when entering but wow. The sides did come out real clean though and the top wasn't bad either

This place started off okay. But it's the most inconsistent of any car wash I've ever been to. The folks don't always pre rinse your car. They'll be on the phone not paying any attention. The machines do not clean the cars very well. And you're lucky if you find a vacuum that works decent. One time they put the wrong chemicals in the spray bottles and then I had to use magic eraser to get the greasy film off the windows. It's a struggle there. I recently cancelled a few cars for myself and someone I work for and the employee didn't even bother asking why I was cancelling multiple memberships.

I have no idea how this place has as high of a rating as they do. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I just cancelled my membership after today. Had to wait 20 minutes today for them to “reset” the car wash, all while given attitude by the man who couldn’t be bothered to do his job. And as usual, 90% of the vacuums didn’t work, my car was full of soap after the wash, and there was trash all over the parking lot. I’m going to do business else where.
